Unannounced safety inspections can be used to verify company intentions are consistently executed. Deficiencies can be used to learn where more training is needed. • Establish or maintain efficient Accounts Receivable collection processes and negotiate payment terms that support a strong cash position. • Ensure the right tools and technology are in place for each department At the end of the day, our business is about selling work and performing efficiently within the constraints of our environment while maintaining professionalism.
