Organizational Structure
•	 Gain awareness of individual employee strengths and 
weaknesses to create a truly magical organizational structure 
that can inspire employee enthusiasm and translate to improved 
company performance at every level. The right people in the 
right seats matter.
•	 Develop and maintain a company-wide system of clearly 
identified training processes and chains of communication  
•	 Develop depth within your team to fill gaps and provide 
overlapping expertise
Processes
•	 Establish a multi-layer, documented safety approach including 
all-company meetings, foreman meetings and daily huddles 
with the crew specifically addressing the work of the day. 
Unannounced safety inspections can be used to verify company 
intentions are consistently executed. Deficiencies can be used 
to learn where more training is needed.
•	 Establish or maintain efficient Accounts Receivable collection 
processes and negotiate payment terms that support a strong 
cash position.
•	 Ensure the right tools and technology are in place for each 
department
At the end of the day, our business is about selling work and 
performing efficiently within the constraints of our environment 
while maintaining professionalism. Change presents an opportunity
