the shingles are in an un-repairable condition
or they are discontinued
• The carrier paid for gutters and/or siding but
the roof is damaged
• The carrier paid for my roof but I have other
damage like siding, garage door or window
screens are damaged
• The carrier paid for some siding and to paint
the rest and my siding was not painted before
the loss. This creates a maintenance cost that
was previously not incurred.
• The carrier approved the roof but is using pricing
from a software that is much lower than yours
or they are getting their material prices from
a program vendor that would not allow you to
keep your master installer warranties.
• You may have up to two years to revisit a claim
and address it through appraisal
