(2)Coveredemployeesmustbeengagedinthebuilding-andconstructionindustry. (3)Unionmustbealabororganizationofwhichbuildingand-constructionemployeesare members. (4)Unionmustnotbeestablished,maintained,orassisted byanyemployerunfairlaborpractice. (S)Contractmaybeexecutedbeforetheemployeesarehired. (6)Unionneednotbearepresentativeselectedbyamajorityoftheemployeesbeforethecontractisexecuted. (7)Unionmembershipcanberequiredsevendaysafteran employeestartsworking(orsevendaysafterthecontractbecomeseffective,iflaterthanthatdate), (8)Employercanberequiredtonotifytheunionofjob openings. (9)Unioncanbegivenanopportunitytoreferqualified jobseekers . (10)Minimum-trainingorexperiencequalificationscanbe specified.
