FRAME BUILDER - VOL7 NO1 / 51
NFBA RAISES NEARLY
$5,000 FOR INDUSTRY
PROGRAMS
T
he National Frame Building Association (NFBA)
welcomed attendees to an unforgettable evening
at the NFBA Expo Social & Foundation Auction in
Oklahoma City — an event many are already calling one
for the history books.
With a lively rodeo theme setting the tone for the
evening, attendees enjoyed authentic Oklahoma
City barbecue, live entertainment, interactive games,
and plenty of opportunities to connect with industry
peers. The atmosphere reflected the strong sense of
community that continues to define the NFBA.
A highlight of the evening was the live music
performance by Bailey Rae. Deeply rooted in country
music and western culture, Bailey Rae has been
performing since the age of 13 on stages across the
country. In 2020, she gained national recognition on
NBC’s The Voice, becoming the first country artist on
Team Legend and ultimately finishing Season 19 as a
Top 9 Semi-Finalist among more than 44,000 auditions.
Attendees also embraced the event’s playful side
with the popular “jail” fundraiser. For a donation to
the foundation, participants could have a colleague,
competitor, or friend “locked up,” leaving the accused to
raise bail money for their release. The activity generated
plenty of laughter and friendly rivalry throughout the
evening.
Additional attractions included carnival-style games,
networking opportunities, and the highly anticipated
cornhole tournament. With 10 sets of boards in play
and dozens of competitors and spectators cheering, the
tournament quickly became one of the night’s standout
events.
For guests looking for even more excitement, the
mechanical bull delivered plenty of entertainment.
