Installationofthesubstitutedspeccommencedbutwasstoppedtopermit Westinghouseanditsarchitecttofurtherinvestigatetheuseofthe220 Seriesroof.TheymetwitharepresentativeoftheBarrettDivisionof Celotexandinrelianceuponrepresentationsofquality madebythemanufacturer\'srepresentative,Westinghouse\'sowninvestigationandassurances bytheroofingcontractorofafive-yearrepairwarrantyonthe220Series roof,achangeorder wasexecutedauthorizinginstallationofthe220Series roofandthatspecwasinstalled.TheCourtstatedinitsopinionthat "[T]heproofadmitsthatallconcernedbelievedatthetimethatthe220 Seriesroofwasequivalentif notsuperiortothe120Series."
