Wecon tinuetoanticipatethatOSHAwillproposeanamendmentto 1926.S00(d) (1) .However ,todate ,noproposedamendmenthasbeenannounced. OSHAhasannouncedthatit isconsideringrevisingSubpartDof29CFRPart 1910- thegeneralasopposedtoconstructionsafetyandhealthregulations.
