The evening began with special recognition of Kris Scheller for his outstanding service as Associate Member President. On behalf of the association, we thank him for his time and service. The conference also celebrated several volunteers whose work on the MICA Manual Committee has helped shape one of the insulation industry’s most trusted technical resources. With the release of the 10th Edition of the North American Commercial & Industrial Insulation Standards Manual, MICA recognizes the committee members who are retiring after years of dedicated service. Since the manual was first published in 1979, contractor and associate member volunteers have devoted countless hours to developing and updating this invaluable resource, ensuring it remains the industry standard for the design, specification, and installation of commercial and industrial insulation.
