To start Gary has been with Wick Buildings for 25 years! That in itself is incredible but also in those 25 years Gary has obtained knowledge that is beneficial to not only his crew but other employees at Wick and is able to share that knowledge. Gary was promoted to foreman in early 2022 and took over his foremans crew. When Gary took over it was an extremely smooth transition for him and the crew considering Gary had been in the lead position for several years since being at Wick. Since becoming foreman Gary has continued to produce excellent buildings and maintain an excellent labor percentage. This is due to his leadership and dependability. All in all, Gary is best described and tried and true.
