As the MRCA 70th Annual Conference draws ever closer we are working hard to make sure contractors know what to expect. MRCA President, Kevin Gwaltney of Diamond Roofing and MRCA Director, Luke Haines of Roofmasters Roofing & Sheet Metal were in attendance to represent MRCA and to talk about some of the educational opportunities the conference will have for roofing contractors. MRCA also hosted a Women in Roofing (WinR) roundtable event on Friday the 20th. The event focused on 5 different issues facing roofing contractors and how to overcome the challenges.RCAT and Executive Director, Sarah Ramon, had been working hard in 2019 to get HB2102Prohibition Against Waiving of Deductibles passed, and won! The new law went into effect on September 1.
