Business Management
Three Things Family-Owned Business
Needs Before It Can Grow Without You
A family-owned business that depends
entirely on the owner's memory and
judgment can't scale. The fix isn't more
hours or more hustle. It's three written
foundations (a mission statement the
team actually uses, a vision shared
beyond the owner's head, and core
values the team can name without
prompting) that let people make good
decisions without checking in first.
