b'ON DECKON DECKDANIELLE BEGLEYDirector of Project Management, Texas Roof Management Inc.D anielle grew up in Midland, Texas graduating from Midland High School before moving to Arlington, Texas to attend college at The University of Texas at Arlington where she received a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Information Systems. After college, Danielle started working for a plumbing company, then went to a flooring company, and while attending classes for her masters degree, she made the switch to a commercial general contractor, The Beck Group. At Beck, I learned more about all the different trades and at that time knew I would continue to stay in the construction industry. There is a great sense of accomplishment you get from seeing projects through from start to finish and knowing the impact you can make from changing the downtown Dallas skyline or preserving historical buildings. CONTACT USTEXAS ROOF MANAGEMENT INC While working for Beck I had the opportunity to manage a 5,000+ square foot 728 LINGCO DRIVERICHARDSON, TEXAS 75081 roofing project with Texas Roof Management as the subcontractor. Within a few PH: 972.272.7663WWW.TEXASROOF.COM days of deciding I was ready for a change and giving my notice to Beck I received a call from Kelly Lea, General Manager of Texas Roof Management, asking if I would be interested in interviewing with them. After my experience working with them on the roofing project at Beck, I knew they were a great company. I decided I would go meet with them and have now been with them for 5 years.Danielle met her husband, Noah, her freshman year in college. He is an extremely talented craftsman that began helping his father build custom staircases for their family business as a kid. My husband and I have been in construction our entire careers with him working on the insurance restoration side of the business. They go to numerous rock concerts every year, try to visit zoos and casinos in every city they visit, love cars (particularly Mustangs), and enjoy watching their nieces and nephew excel in various sports. Every year Danielle also participates in several poker tournaments benefiting veterans and she has been part of several projects where Texas Roof Management has donated services to better the community. My husband and I also enjoy participating in mission work repairing homes and churches. While Danielle and her husband do not have any children, they do have several animals including 1 dog, 4 cats, and 1 pot belly pig. MRCA has been and continues to be a great resource to reach other industry professionals to expand knowledge or see how others are handling certain situations. One of the biggest benefits for me has been getting to meet other successful women in the industry and gaining a community that shares their individual experiences navigating the construction industry.20 www.mrca.orgMidwest Roofer'
