Attendees also gained valuable insight 
from Shawn Stinson and Brent Whitaker of 
Business On Purpose, who presented sessions 
addressing contractor growth and workforce 
retention. Their presentations explored 
common blind spots preventing contractors 
from retaining talent and increasing 
profitability, while also offering practical 
strategies for hiring, training, and engaging 
the next generation workforce. Discussions 
around Gen Z communication, vision-centered 
leadership, process management, and 
predictable profitability provided attendees 
with actionable tools they could immediately 
implement within their organizations.
The conference successfully combined

experiences, creating an environment where
