Patrick Henry — Keynote Speaker
I’m particularly excited about our keynote 
speaker this year. Patrick Henry is a former 
Nashville songwriter turned business 
speaker — and that combination is exactly 
as interesting as it sounds. He blends live 
music, humor, and real business insight 
into a presentation that covers leadership, 
teamwork, customer experience, and 
resilience in a way that actually sticks. This 
isn’t a typical conference keynote. Patrick 
brings these concepts to life in a way that 
keeps the room engaged from start to finish 
and sends people home with ideas they can 
actually use. It fits Nashville perfectly, and I 
think it’s going to be one of the highlights of 
the conference.
Nashville Is Worth the Trip
I’ll say what I always say about Nashville: 
it’s one of the best cities in the country 
for an event like this. The energy, the 
food, the music — it has a way of making 
every gathering feel like more than just 
a conference. The Joseph is a world-class 
property in the heart of the city, and between 
the organized activities and everything else 
Nashville has to offer, there’s something for 
everyone.
If you’ve been on the fence, I’d encourage 
you to make the commitment. Bring your 
spouse or significant other and make a long 
weekend out of it. Nashville rewards that 
decision every time.

By the time September rolls around, I’m 
hopeful that the contractors who have 
been at the bargaining table this year have 
gotten their contracts across the finish line. 
Negotiations are never easy, but this industry 
has a long track record of finding its way 
through. If you’re still in the thick of it, hang 
in there — CSIA is in your corner. And if you 
came out the other side, come to Nashville 
and celebrate a little. You’ve earned it.
This industry runs on relationships, 
and events like this one are where those 
relationships get built and strengthened. 
I’m looking forward to seeing a strong CSIA 
presence at The Joseph this September and 
to another outstanding joint conference with 
our friends at ESICA.
