Fellow CSIA Members,
September is right 
around the corner, and I 
want to make sure the 2026 ESICA/CSIA Fall 
Conference is on your radar. September 2–4 
at The Joseph in Nashville — this is one of 
the premier events on our industry calendar, 
and this year’s program is shaping up to be 
something special.
I know what you’re thinking — because I’m 
thinking it too. This is an incredibly busy 
time for our industry. Data center work is 
booming across the region and crews are 
stretched, school work is wrapping up for the 
season, and there never seems to be enough 
hours in the day to stay on top of it all. But 
that’s exactly why getting out of the office 
and into a room with your peers matters. 
Sometimes the most valuable thing you 
can do for your business is step away from 
the day-to-day long enough to think bigger 
picture — and that’s what this conference is 
designed to do.
This conference is a joint effort between 
CSIA and our partners at ESICA — the 
Eastern States Insulation Contractors 
Association — and that collaboration 
consistently produces an event that’s bigger, 
broader, and more valuable than either 
association could put on alone. When 
you’re in that room, you’re connecting with 
contractors, distributors, fabricators, and 
associates from across the country. That kind 
of reach is rare, and it’s one of the things that 
makes this conference worth the trip every 
single year.
What’s on the Agenda
The program kicks off Wednesday evening 
with a cocktail reception at The Joseph — a 
great way to reconnect with familiar faces 
and meet some new ones before the formal 
sessions begin. Thursday opens with NIA 
updates and a keynote, followed by breakout 
sessions in the morning and an afternoon out 
in Nashville. Attendees can choose between 
a Nashville Food Tour — savory tastings, 
cocktail pairings, and a distillery experience 
— or lunch at the Twelve Thirty Club 
followed by a backstage tour of the Grand 
Ole Opry. Both options are quintessentially 
Nashville, and both are the kind of 
experience you’d have a hard time recreating 
anywhere else.
Thursday evening wraps up with a dinner 
that will feature live entertainment from 
Jimmy Charles, a rising country artist with 
serious credentials — a former American Idol 
standout, a Top 40 Songwriter recognized 
by NSAI, and an artist who has shared the 
stage with the likes of Eric Church, Jelly Roll, 
Dierks Bentley, and many more. His breakout 
hit has surpassed 30 million streams. It’s 
going to be a great night.
Friday brings contractor and associate 
breakout sessions running concurrently, 
giving each group focused, relevant content 
before we close out with joint board recaps. 
It’s a well-paced agenda that balances 
substantive programming with the kind 
of downtime that lets real conversations 
happen.
