This winter, Bruns General Contracting plans to begin renovations at the multi-tenant Troy Business Park to create a business incubator that will be outfitted to serve small, growth-stage companies. Its going to be more of an entrepreneur center so that we can get smaller businesses up and running, saidSteve Bruns, president of Bruns General Contracting, the owner and redeveloper of the park. Were going to spend probably close to half a million to give it a new, fresh look, and then divide up some of the spaces inside.
