As I step into this role, I want to begin by expressing my sincere gratitude to Carl Hughes, our outgoing president, for his exceptional leadership and unwavering commitment to our organization. Carls dedication has strengthened our association and positioned us well for the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead. Thank you, Carl, for a job well done.Im still energized from our recent fall conference, which was held in partnership with the Eastern States Insulation Contractors Association. The event was a tremendous success, bringing together professionals from across our regions to share insights, build relationships, and strengthen our industry connections. A special mention goes to the musical entertainmentit was the best we have had in years.Looking ahead, I want to address a couple of the challenges we face as Dedicated to keeping its members at the forefront in their industryan industry. Navigating both labor and material shortages while trying to complete large scale projects. Challenges like these are part of why our association existsto provide the resources, connections, and collective knowledge we need to succeed.I encourage each of you to fully utilize what CSIA offers. Lets share our best practices, support one another, and approach these challenges as opportunities.I look forward to working with all of you in the coming year.
