Thistechnique will permit OMA to track the marketing program?s metrics more easily and accurately and the analyticswillprovidevaluabledatacontinuallysothatOMAcanmakechanges mid-stream to any marketing initiative based on real-time performance.Paul Oldham Elected Chairman of the Serving as Chairman of MCAA is Paul Oldham, President and Co-owner ofOllier Masonry Inc.Paul attended the University of Evansville andearned his Bachelor?s Degree in Engineering Management. Paul started hiscareer in the construction industry as an assistant carpenter for asmall construction company that was owned by an architect. He then went to work for a large general contractor and experiencedthe site management of a project, starting with the basic RFI processwith subcontractors through the competition of a 100 million dollar plusproject. Paul had the desire to get married and have a family anddecided the life style of a large general contractor traveling the worldwouldn?t provide the home life he was after.Paul went to work for a smaller general contractor/mason contractor inthe Midwest. Here he was given the opportunity to work in the capacityof a General Contractor and a Specialty Contractor, this is where he wasintroduced to the masonry industry. He was also able to find and marryhis best friend and build the family he was after.Paul was taught by many that being involved in what you believe in is important and you have to give back. One way of doing this is to beinvolved in the organizations of your industry. Over the years he hasbeen involved in the AGC, ABC, Indiana Masonry Contractors Association,Tri-State Masonry Association, Ohio Masonry Association and the Mason Contractors Association of America starting with serving on committeesand then serving on the Executive Boards. Paul currently is on the Board of TMI in Cincinnati, and is Immediate Past Chairman of the Ohio Masonry Association.Paul feels that the relationships he has developed arepriceless and have provided the avenue to continue to learn.www.ohiomasonry.org 4'
