Elmer Fisher began his career with Level Edge Construction in 2019 as a laborer and was promoted 
to foreman in 2022. Today, he manages four to five crew members on each job. Although he has 
not been in the post-frame industry for very long, Elmer has quickly proven himself to be wise, 
talented, and driven beyond his years. 
Elmer brings a steady, solutions-focused mindset to every project. He asks thoughtful questions, 
looks for ways to improve the company, and never raises concerns without offering ideas for how 
to move forward. His positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to take accountability have 
made him a trusted leader on the job site. Elmer has realized he is viewed as a leader and leads by 
example - not just his crew, but by other foreman.
His attention to detail speaks for itself. Elmer consistently keeps the company’s best interests in 
mind, balancing efficiency with craftsmanship. He will never jeopardize quality for speed, yet he 
still manages to keep projects moving forward in a highly productive and organized way.
