Youcanreadily ascertain fromtheabovethatacutfromonesegmentof theroofcan,therefore,varyfromother partsof theroof,andatest cut wouldnotbetruly reflectiveof theentire roof. Wesincerely welcomevisualinspection duringtheapplicationof thejob, forevery opportunity is afforded theprojectarchitect to observethe materialsused,themethodof application,and theworkmanshipinvolved. Theessenceofanyproperroofstill liesin thecorrectdesign thereof andtheintegrity of theroofingcontractor.Thepractice basedupon awardingacontract to thelowestbidder doesnotalwaysresultin t he desired objective. Inconclusion,mayweappriseyou thatover90%of all waterleaksaredue to perimeterproblems 1over whichtheroofingcontractor hasnocontrol orresponsibility. -2-'
