He currently manages two crews and is responsible for training all new employees and conducting the weekly safety meetings. Dwayne often splits his time between two jobsites so the men know that they can go to him if they need help or have questions. Hes always there to lend a helping hand or offer advice when they need him making him a phenomenal leader, says Allison Vogt.
